Fitrika's passion for sustainable development drives her to create a lifestyle that benefit both the environment and communities. Fitrika was born in Central Java with a family background in architecture and earth science. After 15 years leading global marketing teams in Europe & Asia-Pacific financial sector, Fitrika now focuses on boutique real estate developments in Indonesia. Through NODA Collective she aims to showcase the beauty of Indonesia while preserving its cultural heritage and supporting the local community. 

Michael has over 20 years experience in leading infrastructure strategies and project management in investment banking. His recent career in managing risks and regulatory compliance across cross division projects in HSBC, Barclays Capital, Deutsche Bank and National Australia Bank. Since leaving banking Michael has founded several businesses and focuses on real estate investments in Australia and Indonesia. Michael is a passionate surfer, diver and photographer. 

Nora is the Founder & Principal Designer of Noda Designs. A prominent interior and product design studio in Toronto. An Inchbald School of Design graduate and Fox Linton Prize winner, Nora has led high-profile projects globally. As an award-winning product designer, her collections have received multiple A’ Design Awards in Italy. Nora's vision for NODA Collective is to blend architectural precision with storytelling, drawing from craftsmanship and organic forms.

Risca has delivered iconic hospitality projects including Hoiana Resort & Golf, InterContinental Halong Bay Resort and Residences to name a few. Risca has worked in renown architect and design firms such as  WATG and DCA in Singapore, with over 20 years of experience in the Middle East and South East Asia of branded residential, hospitality and wellness development sector. Risca has joined NODA to build a community spirit in all its projects. 

Gaza has deep roots in Indonesia’s culinary world with a family that has been in the F&B industry for over 46 years. Gaza brings in strong network of real estate buyers, F&B and hospitality sectors from across Indonesia into NODA Collective. Gaza’s mission for NODA is bold and heartfelt: to champion a new wave of tourism in Indonesia and to put its culinary on the global stage. Currently Gaza is completing attaining his Hospitality Degree in Glion Institute of Higher Education, Switzerland, to support his mission.
